Delivery Policy
We will deliver the Products by the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. We will endeavor to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days from the day of the Contract, although these timings cannot be guaranteed.
- We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect/Faulty from our end.
- Please note that the product must be unused.
- Complaints should be made within 2-3 days after delivery of the product. The exchange will be offered within 7 days.
- There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to entertain return/exchange. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- An exchange request is made outside the specified period.
- The product is damaged because of wear and tear.
- The product has been tampered with.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
- The customer is liable for the safety of the product while sending it back any damage to the product or package missing may condone the exchange process.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
- You can contact us by emailing images of defective/faulty products at: joyndspray@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. Our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product. -We don’t practice refund policies.
