Returns and Exchanges
We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect/Faulty from our end.
Please note that the product must be unused.
Complaint should be made within 2-3 days after delivery of the product. the exchange will be offered within 7 days.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to entertain return/exchange. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
Exchange request is made outside the specified time period.
Product is damaged because of wear and tear.
Product has been tampered.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Customer is liable for the safety of the product while sending it back any damage to the product or package missing may condone the exchange process.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
You can contact us by emailing images of defected/faulty products at: joyndspray@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. Our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product. -We don’t practice refund policies.
